Here is our objectives for this week.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reading:<\/p>\n<p>RI 4.3 \u2013 Explain events, procedures, ideas, or concepts in a historical, scientific, or technical text, including what happened and why, based on specific information in the text.<\/p>\n<p>L.4.2(c) \u00a0Use a comma before a coordinating conjunction in a compound sentence.<\/p>\n<p>L.4.1(d) \u00a0Order adjectives within sentences according to conventional patterns (e.g., a small red bag rather than a red small bag)<\/p>\n<p>L 4.4.c Consult reference materials (e.g., dictionaries, glossaries, thesauruses), both print and digital, to find the pronunciation and determine or clarify the precise meaning of keywords and phrases: I can use reference materials to find the pronunciation and meaning of keywords and phrases<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Math:<\/p>\n<p>4.MD.5 Recognize angles as geometric shapes that are formed wherever two rays share a common endpoint, and understand concepts of angle measurement:<\/p>\n<p>4.MD.7 Recognize angle measure as additive. When an angle is decomposed into non-overlapping parts, the angle measure of the whole is the sum of the angle measures of the parts. Solve addition and subtraction problems to find unknown angles on a diagram in real world and mathematical problems, e.g., by using an equation with a symbol for the unknown angle measure.<\/p>\n<p>4.NBT.6 Find whole-number quotients and remainders with up to four-digit dividends and one-digit divisors, using strategies based on place value, the properties of operations, and\/or the relationship between multiplication and division.
