As you may recall, earlier this year our classroom participated in PE-Nut, a physical activity and nutrition program that visited our classroom for several lessons before the closing. The program has now created a virtual guide with simple activities and videos for you to complete with your children at home. This guide will be posted weekly for 3 weeks, with a short, health-based activity for each day Monday-Friday. You can easily access this guide through a PDF document posted on www.nkfm.org\/PE-Nut<\/a> . The first week\u2019s guide is now posted and you can access Week Two on Monday, May 25th<\/sup> and Week Three on Monday, June 1st<\/sup>.
