{"id":2615,"date":"2020-09-13T10:03:58","date_gmt":"2020-09-13T14:03:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/hallc\/?p=2615"},"modified":"2020-09-13T10:04:00","modified_gmt":"2020-09-13T14:04:00","slug":"learning-labs-building-safety-procedures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/hallc\/2020\/09\/13\/learning-labs-building-safety-procedures\/","title":{"rendered":"Learning Labs- Building Safety Procedures!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Building Safety Procedures for Learning Labs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Parents will complete the <strong>Parent Commitment<\/strong> <strong>Form<\/strong> the first time they drop off their child for a Learning Lab.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>This commitment will only be signed once and states that parents will complete all of the screening criteria in the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1mBop3-qGJOP9PKkAAFswqt1vDG5n1VKh\/view?usp=sharing\"><strong>Student Screening Checklist<\/strong><\/a> each time their child attends a Learning Lab.<\/li><li>Parents will need to complete a sign-in and sign-out sheet each time their child comes into the building.&nbsp; This is to provide contact-trace information.<\/li><li>Parents will not be allowed in the building when dropping off their child.&nbsp; This is to minimize the amount of people throughout the building and to maintain the practice of social distancing.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Facial covers are required by all that enter the building, this applies to staff, teachers, parents, and students.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dropping- off and picking up your student to Learning Labs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your child\u2019s teacher will meet you at the doors opposite of the playground.<\/li><li>Parents will sign-in on the form provided by the teacher.<\/li><li>The teacher will escort your child to the Learning Lab.<\/li><li>The teacher will escort your child to the doors opposite of the playground when the Learning Lab is complete.<\/li><li>You will again be provided with a sign-out form by the teacher.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learning Lab Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It is asked that you have your child use the bathroom before coming to his\/her Learning Lab.&nbsp; This will help maintain sanitization, social distancing, and accurate contact tracing information.<\/li><li>Only bring what your child\u2019s teacher has requested to the Learning Lab.&nbsp; Teachers will specify what they would like their students to bring before each Learning Lab.<\/li><li>No water bottles or snacks will be permitted during Learning Labs.&nbsp;
