(4th) and 15 min. (5th) runs.\u00a0 The number of laps will be recorded and will be a grade on their report card this marking period.\u00a0 The distance\/number of laps and grade are listed below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>13 min. run 4th grade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Distance miles\/Laps \u00a0 &#8211; \u00a0 \u00a0grade<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 + or 5 + laps &#8211; 1<\/p>\n<p>1- 1 1\/4 or 4 to just under 5 laps &#8211; 2<\/p>\n<p>3\/4- 1 or 3 to just under 4 laps &#8211; 3<\/p>\n<p>&lt;3\/4 or just under 3 laps &#8211; 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>15 min. run 5th grade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Distance miles\/Laps \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0 grade<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 + or 6 + laps &#8211; 1<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 -1 1\/2 \u00a0or 5 to just under 6 laps &#8211; 2<\/p>\n<p>1-1 1\/4 or 4 to just under 5 laps &#8211; 3<\/p>\n<p>&lt;1 to just under 4 laps &#8211; 4<\/p>\n<p>The students will come back in the gym and play a game if there is still time.\u00a0 If the weather isn&#8217;t nice enough to run, I will keep the students inside and play a sideline soccer game.\u00a0 The k-2nd grade classes will continue to practice their locomotor and soccer skills this week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week, I will have my 4th and 5th grade classes run outside.\u00a0 They will both be tested on their 13 min.
