*Pizza Kits: \u00a0The PTA is having a fundraiser by selling pizza kits. \u00a0We encourage ALL students to participate in this fundraiser. \u00a0Sell to your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, or have your parents take the order form to work. \u00a0WE DO NOT WANT YOU SELLING DOOR TO DOOR. \u00a0Sell ONLY to people you know! \u00a0Read the accompanying letter from the PTA for more details. \u00a0The winner will receive a Toys R Us gift certificate! \u00a0Remember, the PTA pays for assemblies, classroom supplies and FIELD DAY! \u00a0The more money you raise, the more they spend! \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

*Field trip: \u00a0To kick off our next science unit, which will be about the solar system, \u00a0we will be taking a field trip on Tuesday, November 11th to Henry Ford Community College and U of M-Dearborn. \u00a0We will participate in a solar system walk, planetarium lesson and observatory experience! \u00a0Then, we will be bussed to Mercury Lanes for a pizza lunch and a game of cosmic bowling! \u00a0We will wrap up our field trip and return back to school by 2:30 that day. \u00a0Because of our awesome bake sales, there is NO COST for this field trip!<\/p>\n

*There will be no school on Tuesday, November 4th, and we will have a half day on Friday, November 7th. \u00a0Dismissal is at 11:45 that day.<\/p>\n

*There will be a science test on Thursday. \u00a0Check the calendar for details.<\/p>\n
