My name is<\/span> Dana Grizzell<\/b> and I am <\/span>so excited<\/span><\/i> to be your child\u2019s 2nd grade teacher this year! \u00a0Your child and I are going to have many <\/span>LEARNING <\/b>\u00a0opportunities<\/span>. \u00a0<\/span>I hold my class to <\/span>high<\/b> academic<\/b> AND <\/span>behavioral<\/b> standards<\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n Let me tell you about myself. \u00a0I have been married for <\/span>15<\/b> years to my<\/span> wonderful<\/b> \u00a0<\/b>husband. We have <\/span>2<\/b> amazing<\/b> children. \u00a0My son and daughter are both in middle school. \u00a0I grew up in Dearborn and attended <\/span>Snow Elementary<\/b>, <\/b>Stout Middle School and Edsel Ford High School. \u00a0I earned my bachelor\u2019s degree from Grand Valley State University and my master\u2019s degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.<\/span> \u00a0<\/b>Go BLUE! <\/b>\u00a0<\/b>This is my <\/span>20<\/b>th year of teaching. \u00a0I have experience in teaching grades 1st through 5th.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Here are a few of my<\/span> FAVORITE<\/i><\/b> things<\/span>:<\/b><\/p>\n Color: \u00a0<\/b>Periwinkle<\/span><\/p>\n Season: <\/b>Fall<\/span><\/p>\n Book: \u00a0<\/b>Cinderella<\/span><\/p>\n Foods: \u00a0<\/b>Chicken, Lasagna, & Mashed Potatoes<\/span><\/p>\n Drinks:<\/b> Starbucks Coffee & CocaCola<\/span><\/p>\n Restaurants: \u00a0<\/b>Texas Roadhouse & Longhorn Steakhouse<\/span><\/p>\n T.V.
