The purpose of the poem is again to bring to light the challenges and obstacles that come with establishing an identity while growing older. The students engaged in a gallery walk of questions pertaining to the poem to trigger a greater understanding of the message being delivered through the poem.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Homework:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Read for 20 minutes!
