If you are struggling to remember your pin, there are directions on how to recover that information.<br><br>1. How do parents\u00a0login\u00a0to\u00a0ParentConnect?\u00a0To\u00a0login\u00a0to\u00a0ParentConnect, parents need their PIN and password; there are 2 options to get this information.<em>Option 1 (Screen below &#8211; Recommended):<\/em>\u00a0Parents go to\u00a0Dearborn\u00a0Schools web site\u00a0then\u00a0ParentConnect\u00a0link. If they don&#8217;t\u00a0know the\u00a0login\u00a0info, they click (Need Your\u00a0Login\u00a0Information) link and it will prompt them to enter their email address as provided to the school and entered in\u00a0MIStar\u00a0(Menu\/Enrollment\/Student Editor\/Contacts) and click\u00a0<em>Submit.<\/em>\u00a0This process emails them their PIN and Password.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"678\" height=\"405\" alt=\"image.png\" src=\"https:\/\/mail.google.com\/mail\/u\/0?ui=2&amp;ik=1e3b28e79d&amp;attid=0.1&amp;permmsgid=msg-f:1662923965460318399&amp;th=1713e48939bf08bf&amp;view=fimg&amp;sz=s0-l75-ft&amp;attbid=ANGjdJ_saWm5J5kXnzzOfCUJHmL9VaNMEvveC_ZjsuR0MhzEi6-avWEHjVNm0AhvPWgH3IfioSsmG6hckNV4milehwtpbKJzHs3SXw2B1RpoYwwh_wga5rzZo43TcCU&amp;disp=emb&amp;realattid=1713e47a129cb971f161\"><br><br><br><em>Option 2 (Screen below<\/em>): If parents are unable to receive the email (no email, etc) and administrators need to provide the info, administrators can access\u00a0MIStar\u00a0Menu \/ System \/\u00a0ParentConnect\u00a0Manager \/ Contacts Passwords as indicated below.
