As our school year winds down, we have scheduled Tuesday, June 2nd<\/strong> as a day to allow families to pick up personal belongings that have been left at school due to the shutdown.\u00a0 During this time, we will follow the same procedure that was used during the distribution of chromebooks and math materials to allow families to get back personal items for students that were left in desks\/coat racks.\u00a0 Also, we will collect any music instruments, library books, safety vests, and other classroom items that were borrowed <\/strong>prior to the COVID 19 Shutdown.\u00a0 As learning is still taking place, a future date will be shared when any chromebooks on loan will be returned. <\/strong>\u00a0Please hand any returned items to the staff member assisting you and\u00a0any items will then be returned to the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The procedure allows for parents to drive up to the bus lane on Francis Street near the preschool door (door 4<\/strong>) on Tuesday, June 2nd<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 Parents\/ Guardians must have a Driver\u2019s ID.\u00a0 A DuVall staff member will bring the parent the bagged student belongings.\u00a0 Please follow the schedule of distribution for classes below so that we can have an orderly distribution of the student property\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n 11:00 – 11:20 Mrs. Courtright<\/p>\n\n\n\n 11:20 – 11:40 Mrs. Ranka<\/p>\n\n\n\n 11:40 – 12:00 Mrs. Moon<\/p>\n\n\n\n 12:00 \u2013 12:20 Ms. Cibasek<\/p>\n\n\n\n 12:20 \u2013 12:40 Mrs. Morrison<\/p>\n\n\n\n 12:40 \u2013 1:00 Mrs. Alabakoff <\/p>\n\n\n\n 1:00 – 1:20 Mrs. Burke<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1:20 \u2013 1:40 Ms. Sims<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1:40 \u2013 2:00 Mrs. Grahl\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2:00 \u2013 2:20 Ms. Shapas<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2:20 \u2013 2:40 Mrs. Ross<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2:40 \u2013 3:00 <\/strong>\u00a0 Last call if you missed your time spot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Thank you for following the above guidelines and schedule for distribution to make this process possible as well as for the DuVall staff members who will be assisting during processing and distribution days.
