Wednesday it our field trip to Greenfield Village. Can you chaperone this trip?\u00a0 We sure could use more adults with us.<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0It looks as though it will be a dry day but rather chilly. Be sure that your child is dressed warm. Also, your child needs to bring a lunch. Be sure that it isn\u2019t to large and includes a drink. Students may bring money for the gift shop.<\/p>\n Book orders are due on Wednesday!<\/p>\n Thursday is Picture Day!\u00a0 If you would like to purchase pictures of your child, you may send in the form anytime this week through Thursday.<\/p>\n Homework<\/strong><\/p>\n Spelling<\/strong>– Write your words 3 times each in your spiral.<\/p>\n Read 20 minutes and write in your log.<\/p>\n This Week\u2019s Objectives<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Literacy<\/strong><\/p>\n -The students will work with informational text and integrate information from different texts.<\/p>\n Writing<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 The students will work on taking notes and paraphrasing them in their own words and then writing a comparison lead.<\/p>\n Science<\/strong><\/p>\n -The students will continue identifying the 6 mystery substances observing physical and chemical changes.
