Today your child took his\/her spelling test.\u00a0 I wrote down the score on their assignment sheets.\u00a0 If your child would like to retake that test, he\/she may come to our class between 8 and 8:15 in the morning and retest.\u00a0 Be sure that your child has studied at home beforehand.<\/p>\n
Friday is a half-day. Students will be dismissed at 11:45.<\/p>\n

Homework<\/strong><\/p>\n Spelling<\/strong>– Write your words 3 times each in your spiral.<\/p>\n Read 20 minutes and write in your log.<\/p>\n This Week\u2019s Objectives<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Literacy<\/strong><\/p>\n -The students will continue identifying reading strategies and explaining inferences found in text. We will also be finishing NWEA reading testing.<\/p>\n Writing<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 The students will continue work on their narrative stories.\u00a0 We will be focusing on revising and editing. By Friday, all stories should be published.<\/p>\n Science<\/strong><\/p>\n -The students will be looking at chemical reactions and why they occur.
