They are learning how to rewrite subtraction problems as addition problems by adding the opposite. We have been using the saying, &#8220;Keep-Change-Change&#8221; or &#8220;Keep-Change-Opposite&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 The lesson should wrap up by tomorrow, but due to Friday being a half day the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Lesson 2 Quiz will be 9\/23.<\/span> If something changes, I will let them know and put it on the blog too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Summer Learning Reminder: Khan Academy- 480 minutes <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">DUE Friday, September 20th<\/span>.
