They were asked to write about and start to connect the 2 books that they read to an overarching universal theme.  Many did not finish today, so I will be giving them time tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HOMEWORK:\u00a0 Next book check in will be January 15<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 3<sup>rd<\/sup> book read and you need to start noting the connections between the books with the question you have chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6th Grade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JOURNAL:\u00a0 Jealousy &#8211; &#8211; Since Margot is from Earth and has seen the sun, her classmates are jealous of her.\u00a0 Talk about a time that you were jealous of someone else. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Finish your Character Cut Out <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.IXLs 7.B.1 and 7.B.2 (90%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HOMEWORK:\u00a0 <strong> Some students did not finish their character cutouts and will need to finish them at home tonight.
