A little self-care is often calming and relaxing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maintain a Regular Meal Schedule  <\/strong>Try to eat a variety of healthy foods, including a lot of fruit and vegetables.  A health body supports a healthy mind! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stay Connected<\/strong>  Even though we can&#8217;t go out and visit family and friends, make sure you stay connected. Video chats or even just a phone call helps to feel less isolated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unplug<\/strong>  Take a break from all the Corona Talk in your conversations and on the internet.  It is stressful and can be overwhelming to be thinking of it 24-7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Get Outside Every Day  <\/strong> The fresh air and open space will make you feel less stuck in the house.  Go for a walk (maintaining social distancing please!), bike ride or just sit out on the porch as the weather warms up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REACH OUT  <\/strong>Mental Health is always important but it is especially important during times like these. Reach out to someone you trust, like a social worker or teacher or our district support line.
