{"id":261,"date":"2018-04-23T10:29:16","date_gmt":"2018-04-23T14:29:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/fetterla1\/?p=261"},"modified":"2018-05-03T13:02:33","modified_gmt":"2018-05-03T17:02:33","slug":"week-of-april-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/fetterla1\/2018\/04\/23\/week-of-april-23\/","title":{"rendered":"Week of April 23:"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Monday 4\/23:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students had the class period to take their essay outlines and put it all together in a final essay format.\u00a0<em>\u00a0<strong>If students were absent, they must make this up after school on Wednesday or Thursday.\u00a0 This is an in-class essay and cannot be done at home.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 4\/24:\u00a0<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PSAT 9 &#8211; Good luck!<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 4\/25:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students took the<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Punctuation Power Quiz<\/span> <\/strong>&#8212; <em><strong>if students missed this, they must make it up after school on Thursday or Friday of this week<\/strong><\/em> unless they arrange an alternative time for next week.<\/li>\n<li>Students completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1h6hIAGoNPOrhhkoAdm13NJBiEOmiPxMMKz9WVZtiw2Y\/edit?usp=sharing\">&#8220;Poetry and Drama&#8221; Agree\/Disagree<\/a> activity as a means of introducing the new unit.\u00a0 Students are expected to complete a CER on the back for one of the statements located on the front.
