Since we are supposed to meet on Wednesdays from 1:00-1:40, I will still provide that the check ins take place on Wednesdays. Send me a quick email with &#8220;Check in&#8221; in the subject line and for the message, compose your email with a greeting, telling me that you&#8217;re checking in, and anything else you feel like sharing, and then closing the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously this is coming up today so I will give you until Sunday night to complete this check in (different from the journal entries).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next week, I may do something a little different, but nothing overwhelming.
