It&#8217;s been a rough day for me today already and it&#8217;s only 1:30.  Didn&#8217;t sleep well last night. My brain wouldn&#8217;t turn off and there was a lot running through my head. My anxiety kicked in strong today, so I&#8217;ve just been trying to take some long breaths to calm myself down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had to take my daughter to the doctor to have her cast removed (she hurt it playing volleyball). Thankfully, the doc said she didn&#8217;t need another cast, and she could just be in a removable splint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m going to take a break and maybe walk around the block to get some fresh air before I do some more work and make dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit your entry from yesterday&#8217;s date (3\/25) for today.
