2014 Winter First Day \u2013 Information<\/b><\/p>\n

I.\u00a0 Schedule<\/b><\/p>\n

1st<\/span>\u00a0hour:\u00a0 7:20 am\u00a0\u2013\u00a08:00 am<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
2nd<\/span>\u00a0hour:\u00a08:05 am\u00a0\u2013\u00a08:30 am<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
3rd<\/span>\u00a0hour:\u00a0 8:35 am\u00a0\u2013\u00a09:00 am<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
4th<\/span>\u00a0hour:\u00a0 9:05 am\u00a0\u2013\u00a09:30 am<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
5th<\/span>\u00a0hour:\u00a0 9:35 am\u00a0\u2013\u00a010:00 am<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

Counselor Schedule Change Form\u201d only to the students that have these issues with their schedule:<\/p>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Hole in their schedule \/ Incomplete schedule<\/li>\n
    • A class that they have already taken and passed<\/li>\n
    • Conflict with a Dual Enrollment class(s) or with Co-op or with DCMST\/Michael Berry<\/li>\n
    • A class that they did not have the prerequisite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n

      II.\u00a0 Announcements<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
          \n
        1. All students are to follow their schedule<\/li>\n
        2. Attendance starts today and the audit policy is effective starting today<\/li>\n
        3. If a student has a hole in their schedule they go to the auditorium during the period that the hole occurs<\/li>\n
        4. There will be no buses on the first day of school; All DCMST & Micheal Berry students are to go to the auditorium during their DCMST & Micheal Berry scheduled time<\/li>\n
        5. Co-op students are to go the auditorium and see Mr. Shooshanian during their Co-op time<\/li>\n
        6. All students that attend DCMST, Michael Berry Center, Co-op, or Dual Enrollment must get an Early Leave Pass from Mrs. Beydoun in the main office by Friday, September 6<\/li>\n
        7. No students will be allowed in the counseling office<\/li>\n
        8. Students are to either be in class or in the auditorium, no students are to be in the hallway<\/li>\n
        9. If you fill out a blue \u201c<\/i>Counselor Schedule Change Form\u201d you will be called down to the counseling office or you will receive an updated schedule. Students are not allowed in the counseling office without a pass from the counselor. In addition, we are not dropping any AP classes for any students unless there is a scheduling conflict.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

          III.\u00a0 NO PASSES<\/b>!\u00a0 Students are not to leave the auditorium until the bell rings. If a counselor makes a schedule adjustment they are not to write the student a pass, the student is to wait until the bell rings.<\/p>\n
