Part I –  Excel   <\/b><\/big><\/big>Final<\/b><\/big><\/big>         25 Points<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/font><\/p>\n

  1. Create an Excel Spreadsheet with Charts identical to the sheet<\/big><\/b><\/li>\n
  2. The Total Revenue Graph<\/font> uses the Total for each fiscal year (FY)<\/font><\/big><\/b><\/li>\n
  3. The Fiscal Year 2003 Chart<\/font> uses the quarter data for FY 03.<\/font><\/big><\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Under the Page Layout Tab<\/font> Select \u2013 Margins<\/font> \u2013 Narrow Margins<\/font><\/big><\/b><\/li>\n
  5. The Page Setup<\/font> should include the following:  Landscape, Gridlines, Column and Row Headings<\/font><\/big><\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Header:  EXCEL FINAL<\/font> and Footer:  NAME(PIC) \u2013 HOUR \u2013 DATE<\/font><\/big><\/b><\/li>\n
  7. Print Preview<\/font> and Print <\/font>the Spreadsheet.<\/big><\/b><\/li>\n
  8. Save<\/font> the Document as  Your Name <\/font><\/big><\/b>Excel Final<\/font><\/big><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n


    Part II \u2013 PowerPoint    Final        25 Points<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/font><\/p>\n

    1. Read the directions provided.<\/big><\/b><\/li>\n

      1. Create<\/font> a new database called Moonlight Motel<\/font><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      2. Create<\/font> a Table<\/font> and name it Room Information<\/font><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      3. Use the field names and record information provided to create the table.  <\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      4. The Room Number<\/font> is the primary key<\/font> for the Room Information Table<\/font><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      5. Save <\/font>and Close<\/font> the Room Information Table<\/font><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      6. Create<\/font> a Table<\/font> and name it Customer Information Table
        <\/font><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      7. Use the field names and record information provided to create the table.  <\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      8. The Credit Card #<\/font> is the primary key<\/font> for the <\/big><\/b><\/big>Customer Information Table<\/font><\/b><\/big><\/small><\/font><\/big><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      9. Apply the Lookup Wizard<\/big><\/font><\/small> for the Room Number Field in the <\/b><\/big>Customer Information Table<\/font><\/b><\/big><\/small><\/font><\/big><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      10. Save <\/font>and close<\/font> the table<\/big><\/font><\/small><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      11. Create forms<\/font> for each table<\/u> and input the information provided.<\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      12. Save<\/font> & Close<\/font> the forms when you have completed inputting the information<\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
      13. Open each table<\/font> and copy <\/small><\/font>them onto a word document<\/big><\/font><\/small><\/b><\/big><\/li>\n
