One quick and easy way to liven up your fruit plate is to add a dip- you can find many healthy and fast dip recipes online to make at home. This week try our healthy fruit dip that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.<br>Ingredients:<br>\u2022 1\/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt<br>\u2022 1\/2 cup low-fat sour cream<br>\u2022 2 tablespoons honey<br>\u2022 1\/2 teaspoon vanilla<br>Instructions:<br>Combine ingredients in medium bowl and whisk together. Refrigerate.
