It&#8217;s been a crazy year with unexpected twists and turns but ultimately we worked together and will make it to the finish line.  Congrats to you all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Physical Activity<\/strong><br>Today, let\u2019s try some fun fitness challenges! These are sneaky workouts \u2013 they are all the duration of a single song \u2013 but they will work your muscles and endurance!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Give the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B-wi0oVjUeQ\/?utm_source=ig_embed\">\ud83c\udfb6 Bring Sally Up \ud83c\udfb6 Challenge<\/a> a try! Follow the beat and listen to the words for a quick (3 minutes!) and challenging exercise.
