Manage Frustration with GoNoodle Yoga (Duration: 3:48)<br>\u25cb Sometimes, especially while at-home for a prolonged period of time children and adults get frustrated with each other. When you make sure to drink enough water and stay hydrated you also keep your skin from becoming dry, tight and flakey. It is so important that you and your family stay hydrated!
