Students had  to find a &#8220;golden line&#8221; as they were skimming sections 8 and 9. We then discussed our golden lines and read the sections. Please start working on the code of Hammurabi project. I posted it on my blog yesterday. It is due Dec. 15. Student were also offered an extra credit opportunity to create a 3-D city-state or to create one on mind-craft. I will be looking for ziggurats, irrigation system, reservoir, social structure, or anything else we learned in chapter 5. The city-state extra credit is due on December 18. Please start studying the chapter 6 vocabulary.
