In the program, explorers will conduct scenario-based training, community service events, and group events to expose individuals to the law enforcement profession, strengthen relationships with the community, and develops the individuals\u2019 leadership skills. The program provides explorers with Trooper mentorship, scenarios involving ethical decision making, participation in group activity, and recognition of achievement.
