Parent-Teacher Conferences were held yesterday. \u00a0We had many good productive conversations. \u00a0Thank you to all who attended. \u00a0In the event that you were unable to attend conferences, you are more than welcome to schedule a conference with me in the morning. \u00a0I am usually in my classroom by 7:30 AM or on my prep from 2 PM to 2:55 PM.<\/p>\n
The M-STEP state mandated standardized test is arriving in April. \u00a0Be sure to practice the metacognitive thinking necessary to score well on the test.<\/p>\n
Also, the NWEA test will arrive in April\/May. \u00a0This spring test will be a good indicator as to which students are well-below grade level and will be looking at summer school.<\/p>\n
Each night, it is imperative that each student reads 20 minutes and fills out the analytical sentence stems found on the book mark.<\/p>\n
