{"id":1311,"date":"2019-02-10T11:23:37","date_gmt":"2019-02-10T16:23:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/donoghk\/?p=1311"},"modified":"2019-02-10T11:23:37","modified_gmt":"2019-02-10T16:23:37","slug":"week-of-february-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/donoghk\/2019\/02\/10\/week-of-february-10\/","title":{"rendered":"Week of February 10"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Concert\/Honor Roll Certificates<\/strong><br \/>\nDue to the many snow days, the concert will now be held during the music class time of each class.\u00a0 The honor roll certificates will also be given out at that time.\u00a0 It will be on Thursday, February 14 at 9:40 am.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valentine&#8217;s Day<\/strong><br \/>\nThursday is Valentine&#8217;s Day.\u00a0 Students can bring in Valentines\/candy to pass out to their classmates on this day.\u00a0 We have 23 students in our class.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Studies<\/strong><br \/>\nYou may have noticed that I have been sending home the social studies packet more frequently lately.\u00a0 I anticipate we will take the test in about 2 weeks.\u00a0 I will let you know when we get closer to the end of the unit.<br \/>\nWe had a class discussion on how it will help them out to study for 10 minutes a day now, so that when it gets closer to taking the test it won&#8217;t be so stressful for them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spelling Words<\/strong><br \/>\nI am giving 19 words this week.
