March is reading month. \u00a0Please encourage your child to read and participate in our reading challenge.<\/p>\n
Spelling booklets will be sent home today. \u00a0Please sign and return.<\/p>\n
Science lessons will focus on stormy weather and ways to stay safe during storms.<\/p>\n
Social Studies lessons continue to focus on the study of economics.<\/p>\n
Writing lessons continue to include informational writing. \u00a0Students will read articles and learn to summarize information.<\/p>\n
Unit 6 Math lessons include study of fact families; fact triangles; comparing numbers; counting coins; exploring pattern blocks and digital clocks.<\/p>\n
Reminders: \u00a0Read for homework 15 minutes or more. \u00a0On Friday, we will have our Spelling and math computation tests, gym and return library books.<\/p>\n
