The Unit 7 Math Test will be sent home today. \u00a0Please sign and return the test. \u00a0Also, please sign and return the spelling booklet.<\/p>\n
Unit 8 Math lessons will include learning about counting money; place value; addition and subtraction; and telling time.<\/p>\n
Science lessons involve the study of animals. \u00a0Students are learning about needs of animals, animal habitats, and life cycles of animals.<\/p>\n
Social Studies lessons focus on the study of how we get along with others. \u00a0We are reviewing the importance of rules at home, school and society.<\/p>\n
Writing lessons include informational writing. \u00a0Students write paragraphs including a topic sentence, facts and closing sentence.<\/p>\n
The shape robots are amazing! \u00a0Students were so creative in this fun learning project! \u00a0We learned a lot about shapes and helped our environment by reusing objects to make the robots. \u00a0Thank you for your support in this project.<\/p>\n
Reminders: \u00a0Gym on Tuesday; Read 15 minutes or more for homework; Spelling and math computation tests on Friday; Return library books on Friday.<\/p>\n
