Spelling booklets will be sent home today. \u00a0Please sign and return. \u00a0We will not have a new spelling list this week, since we do not have school on Friday.<\/p>\n

Math lessons for Unit 7 include the study of shapes, polygons, addition, subtraction, telling time, and counting money.<\/p>\n

Science lessons continue to include the study of sorting objects by property and the three states of matter. \u00a0We will be studying animals after the spring vacation.<\/p>\n

Writing lessons involve informational writing. \u00a0Students learn how to write paragraphs with a topic sentence, supporting facts and a closing sentence.<\/p>\n

The Spring Celebration is on Wednesday. from 2:00 – 3:15. \u00a0Please join us, if you have time.<\/p>\n

Reminders: \u00a0Gym on Tuesday; Spring vacation begins Friday, April 3. \u00a0Return to school Monday, April 13.<\/p>\n
