Students really enjoyed making crafts and playing games at our Halloween party. \u00a0Thank you to everyone who donated goods and time to help make our party a success.<\/p>\n
Unit 3 Math lessons will include addition, subtraction, even and odd numbers, patterns, counting by 2s 5s and 10s, tally marks, and counting money.<\/p>\n
I will review the Social Studies test with parents at conferences. \u00a0Our new unit of study will focus on economics. \u00a0Students will learn about wants, needs, goods, services, producers, and consumers.<\/p>\n
Science lessons will continue to focus on the sky, weather, and seasons.<\/p>\n
Reminders: \u00a0Parent Teacher Conferences will be held November 13, 19 and 20. \u00a0I will send home conference times soon. \u00a0No school on Tuesday, November 4; 1\/2 Day Friday, November 7. \u00a0Read for homework 15 minutes or more daily. \u00a0Gym on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
