Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14, 2014 is Picture Day. \u00a0Please return order forms if you are planning to buy school pictures.<\/p>\n
Spelling booklets will be sent home today. \u00a0Please sign your child’s booklet and return it to school tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Unit 2 Math lessons include addition; subtraction; tally marks; counting by 2s and 5s; telling time; and counting pennies and nickels.<\/p>\n
Social Studies lessons include study of family, needs and wants, rules and responsibilities. Students took the History Social Studies test. \u00a0I will review the test with parents during the November parent conferences. \u00a0The common assessment is not supposed to be sent home.<\/p>\n
Science lessons continue to include study of the sun, sky weather and seasons.<\/p>\n
Reminders: \u00a0Read for homework 15 minutes or more daily; Gym on Tuesday; Return library books Friday.<\/p>\n
