The animals could become loud and noisy and destroy things around them (source #3). \u00a0This would be a huge disturbance to business owners and to those patrons who are present. \u00a0In addition, an abrupt movement or noise could trigger that wild animal to react unexpectedly and potentially harm someone. \u00a0According to the article New Service Animal Rules, \u201cDogs and miniature horses have been used as pets for hundreds of years.
