Work independently (alone).<\/li>\n<li>All answers must be from memory.<\/li>\n<li>Answer the top part of the quiz.<\/li>\n<li>On the BACK of the quiz, do NOT draw a mountain. Draw something that has a similar shape. Label each part of your shape and write the definitions (BOTH bullets exactly like the ELA book or in your own words).<\/li>\n<li>PLEASE BE NEAT!<\/li>\n<li>AFTER YOU HAVE LABELED AND WRITTEN THE DEFINITIONS &#8230; then add a small amount of neat color.<\/li>\n<li>On a piece of loose leaf, write one sentence IN YOUR OWN WORDS that follows this structure: &#8220;They ran into their uncle, Hassan Beydoun, by the Walmart that never closed.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Staple the quiz and the loose leaf together and turn it upside down on your table.<\/li>\n<li>REMAIN QUIET AS LONG AS OTHER STUDENTS ARE WORKING ON THE QUIZ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ONE MORE CHANCE TO SKIP THE QUIZ: Start the quiz. Work for 5 minutes. Then drop a folded mini scrap with your name on it into the green bucket. The teacher will pick one name.\u00a0 The student will go into the hallway, and the teacher will ask a few questions. The student must SPEAK the answers.
