I am noticing that many students (and teachers) have been sick. That means it’s definitely sniffle season which means it’s TISSUE TIME!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

LAST YEAR THE PRINCIPAL TOLD THE TEACHERS THAT WE CAN’T GIVE EXTRA CREDIT FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT EDUCATIONAL (LIKE BRINGING TISSUE BOXES).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So you’ll have to do a little work. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Neatly copy all this on loose leaf:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. napkin<\/span> – something you use to wipe your hands and mouth while you’re eating a meal<\/li>\n
  2. paper towel<\/span> – a strong but soft piece of paper used to dry your hands after you wash them; can also be used to clean up spills<\/li>\n
  3. tissue<\/span> – a very soft piece of paper you use to blow your nose<\/li>\n
  4. Kleenex<\/span>\u00a0– a company that makes tissues<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    On the back of your loose leaf, write interesting sentences using\u00a0each of the words (4 sentences).<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Neatly fold your loose leaf then tape it to a BRAND NEW box of tissues.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Bring the box of tissues (with loose leaf) to class on<\/p>\n

    FRIDAY (tomorrow) – 7 extra credit points<\/p>\n

    MONDAY – 5 extra credit points<\/p>\n

    TUESDAY or later – 4 extra credit points<\/p>\n

    The last day to turn in this extra credit is THURSDAY, January 26, 2017.<\/p>\n

    SECRET EXTRA CREDIT:<\/p>\n

    Take a new piece of loose leaf paper. Crumble and smash it into a tight ball shape. \u00a0Now open the paper. Now smash the paper into a ball shape and open it again. Do this 100 times. Congratulations you have made a tissue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
