Students have been earning “hoots.” Hoots are given out when children are being good friends, following directions, etc. The hoot raffle takes place each Monday and the name drawn from the class bucket, gets to choose a prize! We have struggled through the lunchroom challenge and have been receiving triangles. Triangles mean that the students did not follow directions. In order to get on O (positive behavior) and win the lunchroom challenge the children must clean up after themselves, stay in their seat and raise their hand if they need help, as well as use an indoor voice. Please help your child to be successful during lunch time by reinforcing these items and by teaching them how to clean up after themselves. Thank you! We are trying to win the prizes!

Housekeeping Items:

I know these items have been repeated for a few weeks, but I still need your help in implementing the items below:

Snack Time

**** Due to a peanut allergy in our room, please do not send in any snacks that contain nuts.*****

Money

When you send money in for lunches, field trips, etc. please place it in a bag or an envelope and label it with your child’s name.
