We shared our responses in pairs and then created a circle and shared whole class. Students did very well with this activity! I was blown away by their ability to make inferences and connect their ideas!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Homework:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reading log (60 minutes, 3 total responses, of reading due to the fact that they received their reading logs today in class) <strong>\u2013 Due\u00a0Friday<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Final Copy of Personal Narrative <b>was due yesterday!!!<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Tuck Everlasting Ch. 6-8\u00a0&amp; comprehension questions\n<ul>\n<li>We will be reading chapters 9-11 in class tomorrow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We began characterization today with selecting strong character trait adjectives from a pile and using them to describe one character from\u00a0Tuck Everlasting.
