Students were given 9 different project choices to choose from. They chose one and began to plan their idea\/get it started in class today. Some students need to do further research at home to bring to class with them tomorrow. \u00a0This project is due Thursday, since we have Spirit Day in the gym during class on Friday and it&#8217;s the end of the marking period. \u00a0Whatever students don&#8217;t finish in class tomorrow will be homework.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Homework<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read<\/strong> 20 minutes &amp; <strong>respond<\/strong> on reading log<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Figurative Language Project &#8211; Make sure \u00a0you bring your project materials to work on in class tomorrow! (i.e. song lyrics, scene from movie\/T.V. show, etc.)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>NWEA testing is here!<\/strong> (<strong>Wednesday and Thursday<\/strong>) \u00a0Please ensure that your student is reading their \u201cgood fit\u201d book at home <strong>5 times a week<\/strong>! \u00a0The only way to improve in reading is to practice reading! Talking about what they are reading will help boost their comprehension tremendously.
