Today we learned different techniques on how to &#8220;hook&#8221; a reader. We typed up our Introduction paragraph on Google Classroom as well. Many students persevered with this new topic and I was very impressed with their hard work. \u00a0Not all students were able to finish their introduction in class and have a sentence or two to finish up before class tomorrow. \u00a0Please allow for them to sign into their Dearborn Google accounts <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/a\/dearbornschools.org\">(click here)<\/a>\u00a0and either open up their document at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/classroom.google.com\">https:\/\/classroom.google.com<\/a>\u00a0OR go into their drive and open up their argumentative essay from there. They were informed of this in class today.<\/p>\n<p>They may also\u00a0come in at 7:30 am tomorrow if they wanted to work on their introductions with me in class before school begins!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Homework<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read<\/strong> 20 minutes and <strong>respond<\/strong> on reading log<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finish<\/strong> Introduction paragraph if you didn&#8217;t in class!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had quite a busy day today!
