Today we were introduced to our Article of the Week. We previewed and and began to talk to the text to better understand.<\/p>\n

For writer\u2019s workshop yesterday we revaluated our CER writing to ensure it had all 5 major components of a CER. This was about the main point of view the author writes \u201cEleven\u201d in. This was due today but if you need to revise here is the format:<\/p>\n

One-Pager #1 and #2 are due at the end of the month (October 26th).\u00a0Each student should have at least ONE full novel read by this point in the year and should be currently reading their 2nd book if they are to finish their One-Pagers on time.<\/strong>\u00a0These are 20 points summative each and will impact their grade tremendously if not turned in. Please make sure you are not waiting until the last day to complete these, they will take more than an evening to complete.<\/p>\n
