We will be teaming with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Michigan to conduct their Pennies for Patients Fundraiser. This Fundraiser will run from\u00a0April 13th to May 4th<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>. Flyers will be coming home this week, and a kick off assembly will be held\u00a0Friday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0afternoon.<\/div>\n
\nPennies for Patients raises money for children with pediatric cancer.
\nAll the money collected during this period will be donated to this charity and all collections will be dispersed in the state of Michigan.

2018 MARTIAN KIDS’ 1.2 mile Run\/Walk Race<\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n

When:\u00a0Saturday, April 14 at 12 Noon<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\nWhere: Ford Park in Dearborn,\u00a0500 Monroe Street, Dearborn<\/a>
\nCost: $17.20 online registration ON OR BEFORE MARCH 1st\u00a0<\/sup>(includes t-shirt, number, medal, snacks at race).\u00a0$21.20 after March 1st<\/sup>\u00a0<\/u>.<\/p>\n

\nThis a 1.2 mile race or walk\/jog for kids K-5th Grades (adults can run with them, no need to register), through the park. Hundreds of kids from the metro area participate. Dearborn Schools\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 students will start at\u00a0NOON<\/span><\/span>, including Lindbergh. The plan will be that I will pick-up the packets a day or two before and hand them to registered students. We will meet at a designated spot for our school, given by the organizers, 1\/2 hour before race start.\u00a0Parents and Students<\/strong>\u00a0that run the 5K and longer races will have to register as individuals (10% off 5K, 10K, 13.1 or 26.2) use coupon code: \u00a0SCHOOLGROUP18<\/em><\/strong>, but can also race at\u00a0noon<\/span><\/span>\u00a0with the rest of Lindbergh students. PLEASE NOTE, all other schools run with their school shirts during the race.
