Next week we will have a new lesson!<br><br>Below are some fun Recycling games to play!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abcya.com\/games\/recycling_ga\">LITTER CRITTERS &#8211; LEARN TO SORT AND RECYCLE GAME!<\/a><\/strong><br>Kids learn the basics of recycling with the Litter Critters! Kids will sort trash into four different litter categories: recyclables, compost, electronic waste, and landfill waste. In Easy Mode, kids sort trash into one category of litter at a time. In Hard Mode, kids must sort trash into all four categories at once.  Try each level if you can!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bottle Bowling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>You Will Need:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2-liter soda pop bottles or dishwashing detergent bottles and small bleach bottles<\/li><li>Lightweight balls<\/li><li>Sand<\/li><li>Funnel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How To:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wash and dry the bottles before making the pins. Ensure that the bottles are thoroughly dried before proceeding with the next method.<\/li><li>Put an inch of sand in each bottle using a funnel. The sand will weigh down the pins, making it harder for the kids to knock down. If you want to create a set of bright bowling pins, fill the bottle with scraps of colorful tissue or crepe paper.<\/li><li>Set up the plastic bowling pins on the lawn or playing area and hand over the ball to the participants.<\/li><li>Now give five chances to each child to knock down the pins.<\/li><li>The player who bowls down the pins fastest will be the winner.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For today&#8217;s story we are going to read my FAVORITE Dr. Seuss story, The Lorax!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Lorax - Read Aloud Picture Book | Brightly Storytime\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EdWesdMfyd4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Let me know if you have any questions or need support!<br><br>LOVE YOU! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Cullip<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">Happy Thursday!
