Good Morning!<\/p>\n

*We will be taking a quiz on Monday over the Map of Africa. If you have access to an ipod\/ipad\/iphone, you can download a free app called tap maps quiz! Press Africa and press Northern Africa, Southern and Eastern. Or you could print a map to study. Students will get their actual maps back tomorrow!\u00a0MapofAfricablank<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

Today in class, we will begin the hour by reviewing our Chapter 8 Vocabulary and practicing for our map quiz next Monday, followed by turning in our Map of Africa. We will then review quite a few questions from the Geoskills 2.2 Worksheet that is due Friday.\u00a0AfricaMapQuestions (2)<\/a> AfricaMapQuestions (1)<\/a> ARIZONANESW1<\/a> ArizonaNESW (2)<\/a>We will then read about the Great Pyramid at Giza and write a letter about it, if time permits! UPDATE – WE DID GET TO THE BACK SIDE OF THE GIZA LETTER BY WRITING IN THE FACTS ABOUT KHUFU. THEY WILL NEED TO TRANSFER THE INFORMATION FROM THE CHAPTER 8 NOTES ABOUT THE PYRAMID.<\/p>\n
