A study published in\u00a0<i><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise<\/em><\/i>\u00a0found that levels of fatigue and depression improved after a 30-minute session of moderate intensity exercise. This is because exercise improves your\u00a0<a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realbuzz.com\/articles-interests\/fitness\/article\/cv-training-faq\/\">cardiovascular health<\/a>\u00a0which means that more blood and oxygen flow around the body, therefore giving you more energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Don\u2019t drink sugar calories<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugary drinks are among the most fattening items you can put into your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is because your brain doesn\u2019t measure calories from liquid sugar the same way it does for solid food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, when you drink soda, you end up eating more total calories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/13-ways-sugary-soda-is-bad-for-you\/\">Sugary drinks<\/a>\u00a0are strongly associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and many other health problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that certain\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/fruit-juice-is-just-as-bad-as-soda\/\">fruit juices<\/a>\u00a0may be almost as bad as soda in this regard, as they sometimes contain just as much sugar.
