I hope everyone enjoyed the break. We are back to work and settled into our school schedules again.<\/p>\n<p>Students have been assigned, and will be working on, a research project for the next couple of weeks.  On Monday they were given a list of possible topics (see attachment).  Many of these topics are controversial and of a more mature nature.  Because of the maturity of the topics, students were required to have a parent sign the topic sheet once they made a decision.  Today was the due date for that to be turned in.  A number of students did not have the paperwork with them, or it wasn&#8217;t signed, therefore, they could not do their research. They will need to have this tomorrow or they will be unable to work in class again.  <\/p>\n<p>I have attached the topics sheet, the permission page, and the other upcoming due dates for you to have.
