Ingredients:
• 1 orange peeled and de-segmented
• 1 chopped banana fresh or frozen
• 1 cup low fat milk
• 1 cup ice
• Optional Vitamin C-rich additions (½ cup strawberries, ½ cup pineapple; 1 carrot)
Directions:
