Lets try some yoga today. Yoga can be used to get a good stretch, to get your heart to beat faster, and to get stronger. I love yoga for how it makes my muscles feel. I usually try to get a good stretch especially for my back and shoulders but sometimes I do yoga to make my muscles stronger. After trying the yoga video let me know how you like it.
