{"id":238,"date":"2017-09-22T09:26:57","date_gmt":"2017-09-22T13:26:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/chocoralgebra1\/?page_id=238"},"modified":"2019-02-14T09:21:25","modified_gmt":"2019-02-14T14:21:25","slug":"khan-academy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/chocoralgebra1\/khan-academy\/","title":{"rendered":"Khan Academy (SAT)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Grade ____\/25 summative\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SAT Practice on Khan Academy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In Khan Academy, Click SUBJECTS -&gt; SAT<\/li>\n<li>Turn on &#8220;sharing with your coach&#8221; (see Powerpoint attached)<\/li>\n<li>Link your Khan Academy and College Board accounts to import your PSAT\/SAT results<\/li>\n<li>Complete any diagnostic tests if Khan Academy asks you to<\/li>\n<li><strong>Click the PRACTICE tab then MATH. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>You have to practice the full test to get full credit<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You have to write down each question or print it then ANNOTATE the questions.<\/li>\n<li>PRINTED assignments will get 2 extra points then written ones!<\/li>\n<li>you get full credit for completing\u00a0 at least 80 questions mixed (calculator\/no calculator)<\/li>\n<li>Questions have to be from all\u00a0 4 areas and mixed up from subareas (Explained in class)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a05 EXTRA CREDIT points for 20 questions (All or none).<\/li>\n<li>To get full credit, you must <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">show work<\/span><\/strong> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>corrections<\/strong> <\/span>should be made in colored pen.<\/li>\n<li>You cannot repeat questions you did for the winter break assignement.<\/li>\n<li>If you run out of questions, my blog has 8 SAT practice tests under SAT tab.<\/li>\n<li>The winter break assignment has to be turned in with the spring one for the spring assignment to be graded.<\/li>\n<li>All questions have to be <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>NUMBERED<\/strong><\/span> (1 through 80), <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">extra credit<\/span><\/strong> has to be on <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SEPARATE SHEET<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>LABEL each question with <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>C<\/strong><\/span> if it is calculator or <strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">NC<\/span><\/strong> for no calculator<\/li>\n<li>Write next to each question whether you got it correct or incorrect. This is a must!<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Give yourself a grade<\/strong><\/span> out of <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">80<\/span><\/strong>.
