Please don’t forget to have your child practicing their multiplication facts.\u00a0 We will begin focusing on fractions in Unit 7 in math and they will need to know how to change improper fractions to mixed numbers.\u00a0 This will require knowledge of multiplication facts.\u00a0 More than half the class is still struggling with memorizing their multiplication facts.\u00a0 Please make it a priority for your child each and every day!<\/p>\n
Our March 5th field trip is going to be here before you know it.\u00a0 If you haven’t already done so, please sign your child’s permission slip and return it to me with the admission fee by Friday, February 13th.<\/p>\n
Thank you to all of the parents who already volunteered for the field trip!\u00a0 If you have not been on a field trip with your child in the last 2 years, please stop by the office to sign a document allowing a background check.\u00a0 The office requires this before any parent can attend a field trip.\u00a0 The process only takes about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n
