I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.\u00a0 Parent-Teacher Conferences begin this week.\u00a0 Please return your signed conference slip on Monday, so I can find a slot for you if the appointment doesn’t fit your schedule.\u00a0 Parents will receive report cards during\u00a0 conference time.<\/p>\n
Picture retakes will be this Friday, November 14th.\u00a0 If your child needs their picture retaken, please return the old packet on Friday and they will have their picture retaken.\u00a0 Also, if your child was absent on picture day, they may have their picture taken at that time.\u00a0 A new picture envelope is available in the office if you need one.<\/p>\n
Please make sure your child has signed up for Xtra Math.\u00a0 They need to be practicing their facts each and every day, and this is a fun way to have them challenge themselves!<\/p>\n
This week in spelling we are focusing on words with the \/ir\/er\/ur\/ chunk.\u00a0 The words are as follows:\u00a0 serpent, sternly, swirl, blurred, purpose.<\/p>\n
The content words focus on Social Studies:\u00a0 Upper Peninsula, Dearborn, Michigan, United States, plains.<\/p>\n
