I hope everyone is staying healthy and happy! Mrs. Alcodray reminded us that we need to be on a schedule for this time at home. This is great advice, even for our children. Try to get them on a schedule of when they are doing academic work at home. It is very easy to be lazy when there is no school and forget the important things like academics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
First and foremost, try to have your child put in 30 minutes of iready per day and 20-30 minutes on Zearn. Your child should also be documenting a reading response on google classroom everyday. Some children are sending me their writing via email each day. That is great too! As long as I know they are continuing to read, write and do math! When we get back to school, they will be happy they continued to do academic work at home<\/p>\n\n\n\n
